Description:

This elegant antebellum mansion rests on 30 acres of land just south of Nashville and its columns still bear bullet scars from the Civil War. In earlier days, Belle Meade was one of North America's largest thoroughbred breeding farms. The plantation includes eight listed buildings, including the original dwelling, Dunham Station's Cabin, which dates from 1790.
Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 9:00am until 5:00pm and Sunday from 11:00am until 5:00pm. Visit the website for more information.
